1. The Tappoo Group of Companies reserves the right to re-award any forfeited prize to another entrant if the winner doesn’t agree with the terms and conditions.
2. This competition is open only to all Fiji residents and excludes employees of Tappoo Group of Companies or its subsidiaries, staff and members of the participating outlets and excludes anyone who is connected with the administration of this promotion. Employees of Tappoo Group of Companies, their immediate family members*, and any person connected with the administration of this promotion are excluded. *Immediate family members include a spouse, de-facto partner, parent, sibling, and/or child.
3. By Acceptance of prize, winner’s consent to the posting of their name in the media, including electronic media for the Tappoo Group of Companies.
4. Acceptance of this prize constitutes permission for the Tappoo Group of Companies to use winner’s name, area of residence, recording of winner’s voice and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
5. Tappoo Pte Limited reserves the right to disqualify any winner if conditions are breached.
6. Tappoo Pte Limited reserves the right to disqualify from the promotion any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating including, without limitation, through the manipulation of data, multiple computer generated entries, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of Tappoo Group of Companies.
