1. The Tappoo Group reserves the right to re-award any forfeited prize to another entrant if the winner doesn't agree with the terms and conditions. 2. This competition is open only to all Fiji residents excluding employees of Tappoo Limited or its subsidiaries, staff and members of the participating outlets and excludes anyone who is connected with the administration of this promotion 3. The prize is nontransferable, nonrefundable and non-exchangeable - cannot be sold or given to another person. 4. By Acceptance of prize, winner's consent to the posting of their name in the media, including electronic media for the Tappoo Group. 5. Acceptance Offilis prize constitutes permission for the Tappoo Group to use winner's name, ares of residence, recording of winner's voice and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without any furthe compensation. 6. Tappoo Limited reserves the right to disqualify any winner if conditions are breached. 7. Tappoo Limited reserves the right to
disqualify from the promotion any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating including, without limitation, through the manipulation of data, multiple computer generated entries, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of Tappoo Limited, 8.
