3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable – cannot be sold or given to another person.
4. By Acceptance of prize, winner’s consent to the posting of their name in the media, including electronic media for the Tappoo Group.
5. Acceptance of this prize constitutes permission for the Tappoo Group to use winner’s name, area of residence, recording of winner’s voice and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
6. Tappoo Pte Limited reserves the right to disqualify any winner if conditions are breached.

Tappoo Pte Limited reserves the right to disqualify from the promotion any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating including, without limitation, through the manipulation of data, multiple computer generated entries, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of Tappoo Pte Limited.
