1. The Tappoo Group reserves the right to re-award any forfeited prize to another entrant if the winner doesn't agree with the terms and conditions.
2. This competition is open only to all Fiji residents excluding employees of Tappoo Pte Limited or its subsidiaries, staff and members of the participating outlets and excludes anyone who is connected with the administration of this promotion.
3. Four winners will win 1 x GoPro Hero 12 each (Magnetic clip, max grip tripod, 3 way 2.0 stick & suction cup).
4. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable - cannot be sold or given to another person.
5. By Acceptance of prize, winner's consent to theposting of their name in the media, including electronic media for the Tappoo Group.
6. Acceptance of this prize constitutes permission for the Tappoo Group to use winner's name, area of residence, recording of winner's voice and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
7. Tappoo Pte Limited reserves the right to disqualify any winner if conditions are breached.
8. Tappoo Pte Limited reserves the right to disqualify from the promotion any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating including, without limitation, through the manipulation of data, multiple computer generated entries, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of Tappoo Pte Limited

PepsiCo, Inc and their subsidiaries and related companies including Bluebird Foods Limited (collectively PepsiCo) are not responsible for, and will not be held liable for, the operation or administration of this Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to release PepsiCo from all liability in relation to this Promotion.
