TERMS & CONDITIONS – SIP & WIN WITH TANG
1. Promoter - This promotion is organised by Tappoo PTE Limited, trading as Fiji Distributors (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility - This promotion is open to all Fiji residents aged 18 years and over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, participating retailers, suppliers, advertising agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period - The promotion runs from 1st February 2026 to 14th March 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. The draw will take place on 20th March 2026.
4. How to Enter To enter the promotion, customers must:
- Purchase any six (6) packets of Tang assorted flavours (25g or 19g), in a single transaction, from participating outlets during the promotion period; and
- Scan the QR code provided and complete the entry form with all required details.
Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries will be deemed invalid.
5. Prizes The prizes to be won are as follows:
- 1st Prize: One (1) winner will receive $3,000 FJD cash
- 2nd Prize: Two (2) winners will each receive $1,000 FJD cash
- 3rd Prize: Five (5) winners will each receive $200 FJD cash
Total number of winners: Eight (8).
6. Prize Conditions
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for other goods or services.
- Cash prizes will be paid via a method determined by the Promoter.
- Winners may be required to present valid identification before prize collection.
7. Winner Selection & Notification - Winners will be selected by a random draw conducted on 20th March 2026. Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
8. Verification & Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Verify the validity of entries and participants;
- Disqualify any entry suspected of tampering, fraud, or non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions;
- Reject entries that do not meet the promotional requirements.
9. Publicity - By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes by the Promoter without additional compensation.
10. Liability - The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. General Conditions
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control arise.
- The Promoter’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Governing Law - This promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji.
